Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the avmountsonline.com " secure" online store and click on any item(s) that you are interested in. If you wish to purchase an item, put it into your shopping cart by clicking the "Buy" or “Add to Cart” button. It may be necessary to select an additional “option” such as color or additional adapters before the item(s) will be added to your shopping cart. If you want to remove an item from your shopping cart check the box on the right of the item in your cart and select "Delete". If you want to change the quantity of an item, change the quantity to the amount desired and click "Update Totals". At this time you may continue shopping, or proceed to check out.

We offer a shipping estimator in the shopping cart that will offer a quick view of the shipping cost of the order. Just enter the zip code of the destination address and click “Update Totals” this will update the page and only show the UPS ground shipping rates. Additional shipping methods will be displayed later in the check out process. When you are ready to complete the order, click on "Checkout" and you will be taken to the billing/ shipping information page and asked for a few details that we need to be able to process the order. On this page will be asked your billing information, shipping information, email (to send order confirmation and order updates) and any coupon or discount codes you may have. When you have entered the information please select your method of payment and click”Checkout”.

The next page will display your shipping options in a dropdown menu that you can use to select the method of shipping, a summary of the charges for the item(s) ordered, shipping cost, taxes (only applies to orders shipped to the state of Tennessee) and any credits or discounts. You will be asked to enter your Credit card information or when using PayPal to go to the PayPal payment page. Enter your payment information and click “checkout”

You will be directed to the order completed “Thank you” page that will display a printable receipt of the order. Please note that you will also receive an email confirmation as well.

After your order has been completed you can check on the status of the order by going to the Order Status page. There you will be prompted to enter your order number and email address you used for your order. The status of your order will be displayed as well as emailed to you when the order status has changed.

Once your payment has been received we will process your order and pack it for shipment. Once your order has shipped, your shipment tracking information will be emailed to the email address given at the time of order so you can keep an eye on your shipment and find out what day to expect the delivery.

Payments made by check may be held for 5-7 business days before order will ship.

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, avmountsonline.com shall immediately issue a full credit to your credit card account. All customers will be contacted by email or phone if there is a problem with an order and will do all that can be done to insure the customer is satisfied with that order.
