This allows our customers to make purchases with a Credit Card, Debit Card and other purchasing services such as Google Check Out and PayPal. This has allowed our customers to enjoy a secure and safe shopping experience and the flexibility to use the payment method of their choice. In order to process the number of orders we receive on a daily basis, we have partnered with well known and respesected payment processing companies. These companies allow us to process orders without the need to maintain any of the customer’s account information’s such as the credit card number used. This is done to insure the integrity and security of our customer’s information. We have provided these processing companies information below to allow our customers to see who handles our transactions. When it is possible, we will display any seals or banners these companies provide to confirm our participation. What online payments do you accept:
We accept payments by Credit Card, Debit Cards (Bank Cards with the VISA or MasterCard logo) American Express and PayPal. Discover Card is only accepted using the PayPal payment option.
Do you accept any other payment methods:
Yes, we can accept payment by Personal Check, Business Check, Money Order, Cashier Check and Purchase orders. These methods cannot be processed online and will require the customer to contact customer service for purchasing instructions. Purchase Orders must be Pre-Approved by our Sales Department.
How will my purchase be shown on my Credit Card Statement:
When you order by credit card, the transaction will show on your Credit Card Statement as a charge in the order amount from Pinpoint Marketing Inc. This is our corporate name. www.avmountsonine.com will NOT appear on the statement.
It looks like I was charged more than once, why:
This is most common with Bank Debit Cards due to the way our shopping cart system works when a payment is declined due to incorrect billing information. We use an authorization system that puts a hold on the amount ordered and then confirms the billing address before collecting the payment. If the transaction is declined and then resubmitted with the correct billing information, a new authorization is submitted and then the funds are captured. This results in 2 authorizations, but only one capture. The first authorization will be released at the end of the business day but, depending on when the order was place such as on Friday, the release may not apply until the end of the next business day, Monday. In any case, we will be happy to check our records and if there is a double billing, we will refund the charge and apply any additional discounts or credits.
I placed an order but do not see the charge:
Most orders are processed the same day, but some may not be processed till the next business day. We do not charge our customers unless the order will be shipped within 24-48 hours. Some items may be a special order item and we will not charge our customer until the order ships. If you did not get charged and did not receive an order confirmation, it is possible the order was not confirmed and/or not completed. Please contact customer’s services for additional information. If you receive an order confirmation, you received the shipped order and still did not get charged; we will eventually find out about it and charge you correctly.
Who do you use for Credit Card Processing:
This may change from time to time, but we will always display on our website our payment processors. You can find them listed on this page below, as well as on the main “home” page of this site. We can also provide this information by phone or email.
What information do you keep:
We only keep on file your main information such as name, address and phone number. We do NOT keep your credit Card or PayPal account on file as we are not given this information during online purchase. We do not use customer emails for anything not related to the order(s) placed on our site.
